INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE
When you join the Founding 500 early-access list, you provide your email address. We use it to manage your signup and send product-development news, prototype updates, and launch information.

SIGNUP SERVICE PROVIDERS
Our signup system uses Framer, Make.com, and MailerLite to collect, transfer, and manage signup information and email communications. Information passes through these services as part of the signup workflow. Their additional data collection, processing locations, and applicable safeguards require confirmation before this policy is finalized.

YOUR EMAIL CHOICES
Joining the list means agreeing to receive the SHIFT emails described above. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails. You can also request deletion of your signup information by contacting evan@shiftchassis.com. The unsubscribe workflow and handling of deletion requests across all three services must be verified before launch.

PRACTICES PENDING CONFIRMATION
Additional analytics, advertising pixels, cookies and similar technologies, automatically collected technical data, data-retention periods, and any uses or disclosures beyond the signup workflow have not yet been verified. This draft does not claim that these practices are absent. They must be audited and accurately described before publication.
